What do you guys think?

Well alot of people have been trying to join. Thanks to all the FoD's that tried them out

Anyway, we're growing in number and I was thinking of having 2 divisions in FoD: 1) GB roster (people who can war) and 2) General FoD roster (they're basicly in the clan but they can't war with the main people because they won't be invited to the GB team).

I hate having to deny people in the clan especially when they've got potential but aren't quite there yet.

I'm worried about isolating them though. They might feel like we don't value them because i predict that we'll end up isolating those people who aren't allowed to war with us :3

what do you guys think?

idk, if it was me not on the GB roster id feel like i was just an asset instead of a member. maybe we should just stop recruiting unless the person is liek SUP3R P0WNR 0F No0B$ then we'll take a consideration.

ok this is mainly what i think about this whole situation (im an admin so listen to me)
it depends what u think about fod right now. i understand being isolated is something no one wants 2 be or someone wants 2 inform another person about but sometimes it has 2 be done. i understand we are growing pretty fast and and i think everyone here has potential. everyone has strengths a weaknesses in what they do, people dont play alike most of the time. its obvious that some people are better than others so they should be in the gb roster, while some we are iffy about and some are just a no.

this problem goes back to how easily we have been recruitng in here. We have a very wide range of k/d (i know it dosent really mean anything but im useing it as a scale). I like how ross has been recruting in here about doing like 2 or 3 matches of each type of round, i know its long but what if ur facing noobs or just having a good/bad day on here. It shows ur true skill when ur tested in every round. also what might of been the problem is that we didnt have any recruitment requirements in FoD. ross michelle and i just added them yesterday in a clan discussion (that no one went to) but we wll think that it is whats best 4 moving with the recruiting. if u got problems or suggestions bout them post them or just ask one of us directly. 9 know im not very respected as an owner right now because ive been in fod 4 only a week and it might take time.

i understand that we try 2 avoid isolation but to tell you the truth this clan is getting rather big pretty fast because of the lazy recruting... sry if ur one of those people but thats just how i feel. it depends on what we think is best if we need 2 isolate or not, of course we would try 2 aviod that situation but will go there if needed. think about it we wouldnt need 2 isolate if we didnt recruit so much, and i remember when i first started hanging out here with michelle and whoever else people said they didnt want a huge clan and i dont either unless they are all good and friendly and what not.

ok i might of drifted of topic in that but you kinda know what im saying. and to michelle the person who brought this up, i understand u dont wanna deny people and isolate them but ur the main owner of this clan so just do what you gotta do and do what you think is right. if you feel that something needs 2 be done tell me or ross or anyone else in this clan 4 there idea of it.

and i ask you this as well how is fod in ur eyes? that do we need 2 improve, are we going a good job recruiting or are the people doing well. what are the goals of this clan? do we want to be a huge clan who is very competitive and whats to win the play-offs? or are we a clan that just hangs out has a good time in cod dosent really care if we win or loose but just have fun competing? do we want to be majorly competitive or just laid back?

^^^ answer that question first and then do into the 2 teams to what you think would work best in here. what i would do is stop the recruiting so we have enough space on the gb roster and dont need 2 make a 2nd team, and kick the people who we think cant do it.

thats my thought and i know some people wont agree but ur asking what people think about it

to answer that question stormz, I think FoD has improved in some ways. But the only difference now is we're actually warring. FoD always had skills. I still want FoD to be the chill clan we were before but the wins we're getting might pressure FoDs to win more. I'm starting to get this feeling too which I don't want D:

So in conclusion, I think it's better to keep 1 FoD roster Thanks for both of your inputs ^^ I was a little lost there for abit. I was starting to feel like we had to have a big clan ^^

Playoffs would be nice but in the end, it's all about fun and experience
Recruiting: Although we're a chill clan, we still only want the best in FoD ^^

I wanted playoffs for all the members though. Because I know we deserve a spot there if we were serious enough. But again, play for fun. Playoffs or not, we'll still kick ass

play-offs would be fun but the teams in there are proven 2 be very good. i have no doubt we could make them if we tried but we dont take this game as seriously as most teams i would believe but were still passionate about winning

this is a quick review of what people think bout us
1. Toxic is the cool one with the sunglasses and a gun so hes the fighter but obviously fails at it.
2. Smruf is the asian man with the soulpatch
3. Iz is... idk what 2 think bout that pic. i mean i know what i wanna say but not in fourms (ono)
4. im the one with a mental disablilty (yes im ben if u didnt figure that out)
5. ross i the pothead of the group
6. winnie is somewhat forgetable because his face is covered by who else other than...
7. Abso is the asian man with a nicely trimmed beard and is holding what could be a grenade or beer who knows
